I had my first smelly tofu (chau tau fu) experience today and I really loved it !! =D Thank you Chee Sooi Phing! She probably would've burst out in pride after reading this. LOL But nonetheless, it was a wonderful night out =) I was expecting it to be really smelly, and garbagy, but it wasn't that bad afterall. In fact, it wasn't bad at all. Just a very mild longkang smell. LOL. But once its in your mouth, it tasted like any other ordinary tofu. YUMMMMM!!
Looking forward to next tuesday =)
